Social Works of the Congregación Mita Church

Congregación Mita has always distinguished itself for the Social Work it carries out wherever it arrives, in particular in the Hato Rey area of Puerto Rico, where it has its headquarters, and in those countries where the Work has been established, such as the United States, the Dominican Republic, Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Panama, El Salvador, Canada and Curaçao.

Since the beginning, in 1940, the Church has promoted the integral development of the human being through their spiritual and personal improvement, transforming their lives. It has created reliable citizens; people who obey the Divine Law and the established laws of society; good neighbors; responsible, honest employees; and has fostered family unity.

In addition to the Spiritual Work carried out by Aaron, the highest Spiritual Leader, our Preachers and Deacons, who are dedicated to spreading the message of salvation and supervising the congregations in Puerto Rico and abroad, we carry out other social missions. As part of this social work, several institutions and entities have been established to provide support to the members of our Church and, in some cases, to other persons who may be in need of such help. Some examples are:
